I have a panasonic lumix dmc-tz3…would like to know what is the best setting for this camera to take great picture?
With the photographic skill set you seem to have, full auto would be the best .. at least until you learn some of the basics of exposure, composition and other general photo skills.

How much can i get for a second hand lumix tz3?
I have a lumix tz3 its about 9months old with all the original packaging but i was just wondering how much id get for it? camera is in overall good condition, few minor dirt marks but nothing major.
also where would be the best to place to look at selling it?
Assuming you are in the UK, I think the most you could get is around £70 for it. The RRP is £199 and I’ve seen a few new ones selling on eBay for around £120. There is an easy way to check on prices. Go to eBay and type Lumix tz3 in. Then click the “completed items” on the left bar. This will give you a list of the selling prices. Prices in green means the camera was sold, prices in red means the camera wasn’t sold (either no bids or bidding didn’t hit the reserve). I found a 4 month camera in mint condition and it sold for £92 on eBay. The eBay fees are quite high, so why not try selling it on gumtree.com as it is free to advertise there.
How can i get my lumix dmc-tz3 camera to take pictures without me pressing the button?
I have a lumix dmc-tz3, and i love it. I would really like to add some sort of software that will remotely take pictures for me besides the timer. For instance, it would be really cool to sit the camera down at a party, and it takes a picture every 10 minutes or so, so you can get plenty of party pictures. Even some sort of remote control would be good. Does anyone know of a good software, or way to do this?
