PHOTOSHOP CS 2 – 3D Transform?

Okay, I am reading Scott Kelby’s Photoshop CS Down and Dirty Tricks book, looking at 3D Hardcover Book Effect. I want to try it, but because I have CS 2 and the book is for CS, I can’t find the 3D Transform tool to start the project. Can someone please tell me where it is or if/where its alternative is? Thanks
I do NOT have PhotoShop CS. I have PhotoShop CS 2! I am reading a book that used PhotoShop CS! That is my PROBLEM

It was removed on both CS and CS2 etc.
If you have the CD, look in the Goodies folder and search for the 3D Transform.8BF file.

Is 2.0 GHz Processor Sufficient to Run Adobe Creative Suite?

I’m looking at getting a cheap laptop while I save up for an awesome desktop to run CS3 or CS4.

Yes, It can run on 2.0 Ghz processor if you have minimum 1 Gb of Ram but the functions will work little slow the recommended setting for running CS3 Creative suite is
2GHz or faster processor
2GB of RAM
24.3GB of available hard-disk space for installation

even i am running photoshop cs 3 on my 2.26 Ghz, 512 Mb of Ram, its working slow but fine for me. Hope this info Helps..
